ITSM ACADEMY ADDS THE CERTIFIED AGILE SERVICE MANAGER (CASM)® CERTIFICATION TO THEIR COURSE CATALOG
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — JANUARY 26, 2015 – ITSM Academy, Inc. announced today the addition of their newest certification course: Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM)®. This course is being offered in collaboration with the DevOps Institute.
This sixteen (16) hour course provides an introduction to Agile Service Management – the application and integration of agile thinking into service management processes and process design projects. Agile thinking improves efficiency, reduces waste and provides an ongoing capability for IT to continue to deliver value even in the face of rapidly changing requirements.
A Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM) is the operational equivalent of a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Working together, ScrumMasters and Agile Service Managers can help to instill agile thinking into the entire IT organization as the basis of a DevOps culture.
