Two (2) ITSM Academy Subject Matter Experts Invited to Speak at the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) National Conference; FUSION2011

Fort Lauderdale, FL — June 8, 2011 – ITSM Academy, Inc. announced today two (2) of their Subject Matter Experts have been invited to participate as speakers at the FUSION11 – itSMF USA’s 2011 Conference & Expo in Washington DC on September 25–28, 2011.

At FUSION11, global leaders in service management will present best practices, innovative strategies, and real-world applications. Among those leaders will be two representatives from ITSM Academy; Jayne Groll and Michael Cardinal.
