ITSM Academy Opens Dallas Training Center
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — February 18, 2008 — ITSM Academy, a full service provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) education and advice, announced today the opening of a Training Center in Dallas TX, to support the growing demands for IT Service Management Training.
“Our first Training Center is located in South Florida, with our corporate headquarters,” said Jayne Groll, President of ITSM Academy. “Building another Training Center in Texas makes attending an ITSM Academy public classroom more accessible for our clients in the mid-and-western United States. Our Texas Center was built with the same focus on quality of the learning environment, as we believe it a critical element in the overall experience,” continued Groll.
The Dallas Training Center offers a full catalog of Public, Accredited Training. With the new courses becoming available under the ITIL® Version 3 Training Scheme, the Dallas location offers ITSM Academy clients additional flexibility.
