FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — May 11, 2007 – ITSM Academy, Inc. announced today their contributions toward the soon to be released IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) Version 3. ITIL® has undergone a full refresh from the current Version 2, with the new release of Version 3 scheduled for May 30, 2007.

To ensure the quality of ITSM Academy’s courseware continues to exceed industry expectations, ITSM Academy has appointed Donna Knapp as Lead Trainer to spearhead the company’s ITIL® Curriculum Department. Knapp has spent over 20 years in the field as a Practitioner, Consultant and Trainer. She holds the Managers Certificate in Service Management – the highest Service Management qualification – as well as numerous ITIL® Practitioner and ISO/IEC 20000 certifications.
ITIL® v3 Foundation delivery begins the week of June 11, with the first exams administered on June 13. Version 3 Foundation courses will then begin regular rotations in the ITSM Academy Public classrooms. Other ITIL® v3 courses are under development, with release dates scheduled throughout the summer.
