ITSM Academy Opens New Training Center in Ft. Lauderdale to Provide IT Service Management Training, including IT Infrastructure LibraryTM (ITIL®) Certification Courses and Microsoft® Operations Framework (MOF)
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — November 12, 2004 — ITSM Academy, a full service provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) education and advice, announced today it has opened a new, interactive Training Center to serve the IT Service Management Training needs of companies located throughout the Americas.
“As trainers, we recognize that the quality of the learning environment is a critical element in the overall experience,” said Jayne Groll, President of ITSM Academy. “The decision to create an ergonomic, state-of-the-art facility was founded on that belief. Our new Ft. Lauderdale location – equidistant between West Palm Beach and Miami-Dade and adjacent to the Tri-Rail Station – will allow South Florida IT Service Management professionals easy access to our training center.
